William T Houseman, Sr.

Certified Public Accountant

William graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore with a concentration in Accounting.  During his studies he received the Outstanding Achievement in Accounting Award from the Maryland Association of CPAs for exemplary academic performance in his major. 

He earned his CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential and his license in 1998 and is currently licensed to pactice in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. After spending the early part of his career in roles in private industry and public accounting, he began providing tax and accounting services directly to individuals and businesses in 2005. He is involved in all areas of the firm amd personally reviews all tax and accounting work.  No work is outsourced, and no personal information is shared outside of his office.

Kathleen T Houseman

Financial Consultant and Tax Professional

Kathi majored in Accounting and Finance, graduating with a Bachelor's degree from Towson University.  She spent the majority of her 25+ year career in the Corporate sector providing quality financial guidance, with expertise in budgeting, business analysis, and preparation of financial statements.  Kathi is a Maryland native, but is proud to call Southern York County home since 2001 where she raised her two children.

She has a passion for helping individuals to achieve financial independence and is currently enrolled with the College for Financial Planning to complete the education requirements for Certification in Financial Planning, with an expected graduation date in 2024.  We will be adding Financial Planning to the firm's services at that time.

Kathi has had extensive training in individual tax and will be assisting with tax preparation for the upcoming tax season.
